What you can write in about

Corrections. Found a factual error, an outdated rule, or a definition that doesn't match current industry practice? Please flag it — these get fixed quickly.
Term suggestions. If there's a freight, customs, or logistics term you'd like added to the glossary, send it through. Real-world terms beat textbook ones.
Clarification requests. If a definition isn't clear, say so. The site is written for working importers, exporters, and supply chain teams — if it's not landing, that's a problem worth fixing.
Press & partnership. Media or content enquiries from the freight, supply chain, or trade press are welcome.
Speaking, training, expert source. If you need a freight subject-matter expert for an article, podcast, training session, or expert witness work, get in touch.

HMRC and authoritative sources

For specific commodity code or duty queries, HMRC's customs helpline (0300 322 9434) is the authoritative source. Their CDS and trade guidance pages on gov.uk are excellent and free. The UK Trade Tariff tool is the official source for current commodity codes and duty rates.
